The Special Adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari on Political Matters, Babafemi Ojudu, has stated that he will not work for the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu, to become president. Ojudu in a statement released on Tuesday condemned the view that anyone close to the APC leader but working against his presidential ambition is a traitor.
The Presidential aide further stated that Tinubu remains his leader and he would forever cherish him and the contributions he made to his organisation during the fight against the military.

EFCC Arrests AGF Ahmed Idris Over Alleged N80bn Fraud
Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have reportedly quizzed the Accountant-General of the Federation, Ahmed Idris. Naija News learned that the AGF was arrested on Monday over the diversion of funds and money laundering to the tune of N80 billion.
In a statement on Monday signed by its spokesman, Wilson Uwujaren, the EFCC said Idris was arrested after failing to honour its several invitations.
The anti-graft agency accused the AGF of laundering the funds through real estate investments in Kano and Abuja.

Two Nigerians have been arrested by detectives in Kenya following the death of a 20-year-old student of Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Rita Waeni, in an apartment.
